I am a first-time home buyer with a million questions; he answered all of them, at all hours! He explained things in terms I could understand, breaking down the lingo for someone who doesn't deal with home buying on the regular. He worked way outside of business hours/days for my family and found us the perfect house! I was planning my wedding at the same time as buying a home, and he made the home-buying process easy as pie. I texted him at 7 am on a Sunday morning to look at a house, and he responded right away. He did everything in his power to help us get into the home we really wanted, even going as far as making minor fixes himself and being there for repair people to come by.
